Southwest Aggregates has been serving the aggregate and construction material needs of Lee, Charlotte and Sarasota counties for the past twenty years. During that period of time, Southwest Aggregates has made many improvements to increase production and lower cost. The recent purchase of additional loaders and excavators has led to less wait time. The addition of a second scale house and electronic ticketing has also greatly improved efficiency. Southwest Aggregates is now able to get trucks loaded and weighed without delay.

Southwest Aggregates offer a variety of products including FDOT Certified Base Rock (Code 11), Structural Fill, Rip Rap Boulders of various sizes, White Fill, Washed Limestone aggregate, Screenings and Percolation Sand. All of their products are tested regularly to ensure quality. Southwest Aggregates recently completed upgrades to their washing and classifying plant that allows them to produce all of their aggregate products at one location, thereby lowering production costs and increasing overall efficiency.
