The subject is a 3-story, 96-suite hotel known as the Clarion Suites & Conference Center. It includes amenities such as a meeting room, state of the art business center, breakfast dining area, newly completed fitness center, outdoor pool and guest laundry. All rooms are classified as suites and are generally large in size with a living area, flat-panel TV, wet bar, microwave/fridge unit and safe. In addition, the bathrooms are finished with granite counter top vanities. The property is situated on 4.34 acres and is conveniently located off Interstate 95 less than 15 minutes from Savannah’s historical downtown.
