This hotel is a 116 room Savannah Suites, located in Arvada, Colorado. SAVANNAH SUITES (SS) is a growing chain of extended-stay hotels based in Atlanta, Georgia. A family-owned company, Savannah Suites opened its first hotel in July of 1995 in Norcross, Georgia. This first hotel contained 136 guest rooms in a three-story building with an identifiable green roof. The company doubled the size of this location with the opening of a second building in May of 1996. Driven by the success of this initial location, the company has since developed and opened 13 Savannah Suites in the southeast and 2 properties in the Denver, Colorado area and they are building a new hotel in Dickinson, North Dakota.
