The hotel enjoys a favorable location in the Atlanta Perimeter North Market approximately 12 miles north of downtown Atlanta. The neighborhood is accessible by the interchange of two major highways that include GA 400 that runs north/south and Interstate 285 which runs east/ west. The subject’s location has been enhanced by the opening of the Hammond Drive interchange off of GA 400 in September 2011. The area is comprised of commercial markets that include office, retail and three regional hospitals that favorably impact the demand for lodging.
