The Steak ‘n Shake restaurant will be constructed as a single-story building consisting of 3,750 square feet with 108 seats situated on a 1.44-acre site.

The restaurant is a 3,750 square foot, build-to-suite freestanding restaurant building for Steak ‘n Shake to be completed in late Fall of 2013. The building will be representative of the current generation of freestanding Steak ‘n Shake restaurants in the market. The property is situated along a primary commercial corridor, on the west side of Eatonton Road (US-441), just north of the Interstate 20 West on-ramp to Atlanta. US-441 is a major thoroughfare extending in a north/south direction. The subject is located approximately 55 miles east of the Atlanta Central Business District and approximately 25 miles south of the Athens Central Business District.
