Kathryn Morris rejoined Thomas USAF Group in 2011 as a Vice President and Loan Officer. She is currently the Executive Vice President of the company and works with small business owners to facilitate their financial needs within the realm of SBA and USDA loans. She works closely with the client through all aspects of the loan process from origination, underwriting and closing. Kathryn specializes in the hospitality and manufacturing industries. Recent loan transactions for 2016 include Pharmaceutical, Wood Treatment and Metal Fabrication companies with total loan volume exceeding $20MM.
Prior to joining Thomas USAF Group, she worked at Arthur Andersen for four years in the Appraisal and Valuation Group in the Atlanta and New York offices. Kathryn performed business valuations with a concentration in commercial and industrial real estate appraisal. As a certified appraiser, Kathryn also performed commercial appraisals throughout the State of Georgia for a local MAI Appraiser.
Kathryn attended the University of Georgia where she completed her BBA in Real Estate.
