Corduroy Inn & Lodge

Thomas USAF originated, underwrote and will purchase the guaranteed portion of this $11,300,000 combination USDA B&I and SBA 7(a) loan to Corduroy Inn & Lodge in Snowshoe, West Virginia. The loan proceeds were used to construct a new 43,253 square foot lodge and banquet hall.

The new lodge consists of a four story, 30 unit building, with the first floor being mostly enclosed parking, the second and third floors lodging and the top floor a banquet hall, terrace and bar/restaurant.

The combined property offers 42 guest units, including Studio Hotel Rooms, Loft Units, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom suites. The top floor of the Corduroy Lodge features a restaurant/banquet hall with unobstructed sunset views of the Allegheny Mountains.  The Corduroy Inn also offers three restaurants for guests.
